I wouldn't put this document here if it weren't on account of the good karma (mental stability) I seem to acquire from the administration of the iron core, toroidal, zig-zag coil winding within a non-tuned, resonant (tank) circuit attached to my Earthing bed pad as described herein.
DISCARDS	EXPLANATION
revise, thin vs thick wire	Probably best to wrap iron core with wires of uniform thickness (gauge), 'cuz different size wires will put signals coming through grounding connection out of phase with each other.
graphite core winding trial	This was a failed attempt to simplify the design by eliminating the coil winding's iron core. Iron is necessary to stabilize the mind and ground the energies of the body.
reasons for tree grounding	Tree grounding is a mistake especially when this Earthing device is hooked up. The Earth makes the best ground if it's free of AC interference by not using the grounding port on the wall outlet.
exercise or be sleepless	"Work, or exercise, or be sleepless" was probably the result of an over-stimulated condition due to an incorrect design of an older edition of this Earthing device. Now, I'm not over- stimulated, but deeply rested. If I want stimulation, there's always chocolate!
